  JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 
 Inspecting the common equipment and tools / properties in an effective condition.
 Supervising the correction of equipment to be in a good condition.
 Searching for sub-contractor and preparing quotation to Building Manager.
 Considering the terms and conditions of sub-contractor.
 Monitoring the procedures to be accordance with the agreement.
 Examining and submission of work.
 Proceeding the work designated by the Building Manager in inspection.
 Repairing and correcting any equipment in the unit/ tenant’s area.
 Coordinated to proceed further action on the cost of co-owners / tenants or residents.
 Proposing for approval of purchase of necessary equipment / tools for building maintenance.
