Technician, Workshop

Location: Tukang, Singapore (West)

The Technician, Workshop is responsible for supporting the overhaul, repair, troubleshooting, and servicing of mtu engine components and associated power systems within the workshop environment. This role is directly connected to shopfloor production and plays a critical role in sustaining workshop throughput, turnaround time (TAT), and delivery commitments across the APAC region. The successful candidate will support the overhaul and restoration of critical engine components including cylinder heads, water pumps, and turbochargers for both classic and modern engine platforms. Operating in a production-driven environment, this role requires strong technical fundamentals, hands‑on mechanical competency, attention to detail, and the ability to execute work safely and efficiently in accordance with OEM standards.
