Description
 : (English Version)We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technician to provide on-site IT and OT support at our Bromont facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial environments, automation systems, and IT technologies applied to operations. This role is key to maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving both IT and OT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IT and OT systems (Production Equipment’s).
Respond to support requests, resolve incidents, and follow up on tickets.
Interface with employees in person, by phone, via ticketing system or Microsoft Teams.
Troubleshoot production equipment, personal computers, printers, mobile phones, system access, IP telephony, applications, data, network, security, virus detection, etc.
Participate in projects such as workstation upgrades, application deployment, or facility moves.<...
