Are you an experienced technologist who wants to use your expertise to defend human rights and help protect civic space from unlawful surveillance? Have you experience researching the surveillance industry? We are looking for applicants with experience in technical investigations, tracking spyware or phishing campaigns, threat analysis and malware analysis. 
Job Purpose Working as part of the Amnesty Tech's Security Lab, the Technologist will conduct research on surveillance technologies and help develop tools and technologies to protect human rights defenders from unlawful surveillance. 
Location London, UK: Salary: GBP 65,610 per annum. 
We will consider applications from the following other locations: Bangkok; Berlin; Colombo; Johannesburg; Mexico City and Nairobi. Salary will be dependent on location and in the range of USD 69,292 - USD 93,251 per annum.
