We're looking for a sharp, commercially aware Technologist to join a fast-paced fresh produce business where no two days look the same. This is one of those roles where you'll have real visibility, real responsibility, and real influence - working closely with customers, growers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep standards high and shelves stocked with quality products.
What's the role all about?
You'll be the technical link between customer expectations and operational delivery - making sure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement stay front and centre.
One minute you'll be analysing customer KPIs and spotting trends, the next you'll be out visiting growers, retail customers or working with commercial and NPD teams on new projects.
