About the Role We are looking for an expert in Infrastructure Engineering with strong expertise in passive telecom sector, responsible for driving the industrialization, standardization, and continuous improvement of infrastructure engineering practices across all countries. The role will act as a technical authority and coordination point, supporting country teams in defining and deploying common engineering standards, processes, methodologies, and templates, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the Cellnex footprint. In addition, the role will provide technical support in asset management, inventory quality improvement, procurement processes, and operational analytics, enabling data‑driven decision making and best‑practice benchmarking.
