As an Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Operations team and be accountable for ensuring uptime of the production environment. You are organized, self-motivated, a team player, and are able to actively participate in the exchange of ideas with peers and management. You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as with a great team of Operational Analysts. You will work on important and exciting projects that will shape the future of Paymentus!
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
- Manage and drive critical operations tasks within the organization
- Respond to, research, and resolve production problems in accordance with Paymentus policy. - Monitor the production platform using tools such as Cacti, Nagios, ELK.
