About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in São Paulo. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of Dingli's aerial work platforms. The Service Engineer will also need to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Field and workshop maintenance on AWP's & material handling products
• Resolve any warranty issues as required and communicate any problems limiting a repair completion
• Provide technical product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives and equipment
• Support Dingli customer base by traveling to sites around the Brasil region for Dingli equipment sales and repairs when required
