 We'd like you to join us as a  Support Worker   with our young client in  Crawley. 
  When you'll be working: 
 Mornings to start with : 8am-1pm
 30 hours to start with
 From May onwards, the package will increase to 12 hour shifts (Days / Nights)
 So flexibility to increase hours is essential 
  What you'll be doing: 
 This role is to support our 17 year old male client with complex health needs, in his family home.
