This is a freelance/self-employed position. There are no fixed hours. Hours are offered depending on student numbers and bookings and will be mutually agreed between the Head of Teaching and the teacher. Teachers invoice for the time worked and receive payment on the final working day of the month.
As a British Council-accredited centre, we follow strict hiring guidelines to ensure high teaching standards. As a minimum, applicants must have a TEFL I qualification, such as Cambridge CELTA , Trinity CertTESOL , or a relevant MA in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. We cannot consider candidates who do not meet these requirements.
Duties
- Teach general English, and/or exam courses to international students aged 11-18.
