A leading plastic manufacturer is looking for a dynamic Technical Manager to join the team.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering support and enhancements in the Technical Function.

Duties & Responsibilities Drive employee results in the facility by instilling continuous improvement and excellence in operating and usage/setting of equipment and housekeeping practices. Oversee that appropriate processes are utilized to ensure high productivity. Identify and perform preventative maintenance tasks and maintenance tasks. Lead the creation and implementation of technical improvements, machine optimization, and maintenance systems for the manufacturing process.
