Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for motivated, Arabic-speaking Tele Sales Executives to join our retail sales team in the UAE. You will engage with Arabic-speaking customers across the GCC, present our product offerings, and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.

• Good knowledge of MS office products
• Experience in understanding and/or utilising a CRM system advantageous
• Professional & courteous phone manner a must
• Solid negotiation & persuasion skills a must
• Strong communication skills, especially over-the-phone- ability to communicate clearly & concisely
• Excellent command of the English language- both written & verbal, with additional language/s preferred
• Ability to deal effectively, openly & positively with all types of customers
• Motivated to achieve & over-achieve set targets
• High level of customer service skills & ability to build rapport easily
