Tele Sales Officer

Crown Micro is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Officer to join our sales team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, promoting company products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and offers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
