Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients Handle inbound inquiries professionally Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups Meet daily/weekly call targets Coordinate with the sales or support team as neededWe are looking for a confident, energetic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction. If you have a background in the medical industry, it’s a plus!
