Test EngineerThe Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the correct functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic products through the development, execution, and improvement of testing processes.ResponsibilitiesTest Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ICT, FCT, and functional test stations.Test Program Development: Create, modify, and validate test programs using C++, C#, Python, or related languages.NPI Support: Lead and support pilot runs, ensuring test readiness, fixture availability, and KPI monitoring.Failure Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on product failures, test stations, and fixtures.Data Analysis: Analyze yield, KPIs, and test logs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Documentation Management: Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, TSGs, VA documents, and test reports.Fixture Management: Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of test fixtures.Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work with Quality, Manufacturi...
