We are seeking a professional Telephone Operator / Receptionist in Marbella for a long-term position at a luxury villa.

We operate 24/7; flexibility and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from VIP guests
• Manage reservations and guest inquiries
• Communicate with clients via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Welcome and assist guests when required
• Provide polite, efficient, and discreet customer service

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Fluent Spanish speaking and writing
