Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote and sell products or services over the phone
Follow sales scripts and meet daily/weekly sales targets
Maintain customer records and update databases
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance
Qualifications:
Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer and data entry skills
High school diploma or equivalent
