Assist in the execution of client-centric strategies to attain a high level of client retention & acquisition rate.

Coordination of Client Engagement Activations or Initiatives

To maintain a systematic tracking of Client Engagement Actions

To support in the delivery of Client Experiences/Recognition Actions/Initiatives

To assist with the management of Brand Experiences (if any); and liaise with store teams in executing in-store OTO appointments

To provide extraordinary service by coordinating the fulfilment of specific requests of these clients

Work closely with Merchandising & VM, Retail & Training team in executing key client initiatives/projects
