What you'll be doing on the job- Assist in the execution of client‑centric strategies to attain a high level of client retention & acquisition rate.
- Coordination of Client Engagement Activations or Initiatives
- Systematic tracking of Client Engagement Actions
- Support the delivery of Client Experiences/Recognition Actions/Initiatives
- Assist with the management of Brand Experiences (if any) and liaise with store teams on in‑store OTO appointments
- Provide extraordinary service by coordinating the fulfilment of specific requests of these clients
- Work closely with Merchandising & VM, Retail & Training team on key client initiatives/projects
