Looking for a motivated individual to support the processing of Work Pass applications (EP/S Pass and related passes).
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Work Pass applications and capture documents into internal systems
- Verify and update applicants' personal and organisation details
- Follow up with applicants for clarifications on submissions or amendments
- Assist in basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) under supervision
- Identify and report any process gaps to supervisors
Requirements:
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
