Job Description

The Recruitment Team requires an Administrator to provide administrative support to a team of Recruitment Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Typing CVs on an E-Recruitment System.
  2. Updating Record Management System.
  3. Assisting with Advertising and Marketing.
  4. Collating Documents from candidates.
  5. Liaising with internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Matric.
  2. At least 4 years of admin experience, gained in an automated/paperless environment.
  3. Highly computer literate on MS Office and other web-based systems.
  4. Be available to assist on a contract basis.

Package & Remuneration

Salary: Market Related
