Position:Administrative Assistant with general administrative and operational support responsibilities. Main tasks would include:Modifications and updates to existing contractsManaging details and changes within already created contractsCreation of new ordersCreation and modification of leads in the systemFinance administration responsibilities, including invoice creation and monitoringPhone contact with customers to request information related to deliveries, collections, or pending details required for invoicingSupport with day-to-day administrative tasksOccasional translationsTools / CRM:We work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, and Excel at a regular user level.English Level:A high level of daily use is required, minimum strong B2 / ideally C1, as there will be interaction with international teams and customers.Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.Remote Work:No, this is an on-site position.Location:Offices at Castellana 200, Madrid.
