 Triage Advisor – Customer Delivery / Install Planning
Location: Tadcaster

Salary: £13.34 Per Hour

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Triage Advisor to join a busy Customer Delivery team. This role is focused on ensuring installation and reactive work is accurately assessed and fully prepared before entering the planning stage. You will act as a key link between customers, planners and field teams, helping to reduce delays and improve right-first-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Reviewing incoming installation and reactive job requests

Ensuring all required information is complete and accurate before planning

Contacting customers to confirm readiness, access, stock and missing details
