Main responsibilities

  • Maintain constant contact and communication with the client.
  • Attend to the needs and requests presented by customers as soon as possible and/or channel them to the appropriate department of the company so that they can be answered.
  • Follow-up to customer requirements from purchase order placement to delivery.
  • Monitor delivery metrics.
  • Constant communication with all areas of the company to ensure that the client's requirements are met in accordance with what was agreed.
  • Keep the client informed in the event that any situation arises that prevents their request from being delivered in full or on the agreed date.
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of the company's objectives.
