Temporary Customer Service Analyst (6 months)

Main responsibilities : Maintain constant contact and communication with the client. Attend to the needs and requests presented by customers as soon as possible and/or channel them to the appropriate department of the company so that they can be answered. Follow-up to customer requirements from purchase order placement to delivery. Monitor delivery metrics. Constant communication with all areas of the company to ensure that the client's requirements are met in accordance with what was agreed. Keep the client informed in the event that any situation arises that prevents their request from being delivered in full or on the agreed date. Contribute to the fulfillment of the company's objectives. Profile : 6 months of experience in the area of planning or purchasing.
