We are looking for a candidate to work as a team administrator for one of our clients South Preston. The client is looking to cover a 6 month period due to workload in the department.
You will be carrying out data entry and administration tasks in the billing department.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week 8 - 5 (could be flexible to change following initial training period)
Responsibilities/Daily Duties:
- Data Inputting job completion cards into the in house system to raise appropriate invoices
- Reconciling and checking client data
- Raising any disputes with internal departments
- Supporting the busy invoicing department with administration tasks
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent data entry skills
