The successful candidate

s will assist the school's complexity needs in its role of providing targeted interventions and skill development for students who require additional support. The educational assistants will be supporting a Complexity Teacher in the following areas: Supporting elementary students with foundational numeracy and literacy by closing learning gaps through small-like groups and possible push-in classroom support Supporting social-emotional learning Supporting Regulation and Executive Functioning Assisting students with self-regulation, organization, attention and readiness for learning The position starts on August 26, 2026, and the contract will terminate on June 29, 2027. This position is subject to the ECCS-CUPE (Canadian Union of Public Employees) Support Staff Collective Agreement.
