Tenancy and Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on and commercially minded Tenancy and Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our coffee shop outlets. You will be the key point of contact for all tenants, ensuring smooth operations, healthy cash flow, and a consistently high standard across all locations.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple coffee shop outlets, ensuring each location runs efficiently and to standard.
• Manage tenant relationships — act as the primary liaison for all existing tenants, resolving issues promptly and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Ensure timely collection of rental and other payments from tenants; follow up on outstanding accounts and elevate where necessary.
