Our client is an established firm in the construction industry. They are looking for a meticulous and commercially minded Tender Quantity Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting the pre-contract process to ensure competitive and successful bids for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
- Source, compare, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender pricing, budgets, and submission documents within specified deadlines.
- Analyse project costs and recommend value engineering solutions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify tender requirements.
