YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grower Management:

  • Conduct Field Advisory Service with target farmers (min. 5/day)
  • Conduct Farmer Meetings with target farmers (min. 16 /month)
  • Effective utilization of Field Promoters

Channel Engagement:

  • Prepare Sales and Product Consumption Plan and ensure execution to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Carry out Channel Activities for smooth and timely channel operations
  • Agreements and CPBP
  • Sales and Collection
  • Stock Management / availability | Channel Inventory Management
  • Branding / Shelf space / Bayer Visibility
