Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from Â£14.76 an hour; this increases to Â£15.97 for stores inside the M25. ÂFor all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of Â£2.35 per hour worked. ÂAdditional payments may also apply depending on location.
