Qualifications & Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent; Diploma in Professional Baking and Bakery Management (NQF Level 6) advantageous, with 5+ years’ experience in the baking industry.
• Strong understanding of the full spectrum of bakery processes, including the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of management processes, including planning, organising, leading, and controlling.
• Responsible and accountable for managing expenditure.
• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations, including basic first aid.
• Unendorsed driver’s licence with the ability to travel to customer sites locally, nationally, and internationally.
