Test Engineer Lead

GENERAL DESCRIPTION The candidate will be the Test Lead for Corporate Actions project and responsible for test strategy & planning, automation, NFR and end-to-end testing delivery ownership. KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION Functional / Technical . Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large projects in the Private banking domain. . Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure . Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and test plan. . Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals. . Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams. . Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions. .
