Job Responsibilities:
+ Helps lead the team in developing hardware-in-the-loop test system designs, working from concepts created by our industry partners and maturing them to manufacturable solutions that are delivered on time.
+ Must be able to manage a team of engineers and technicians engineering electrical interconnects for the hardware-in-the-loop design system while providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the direction of the chief engineers and program management team.
