Position Description:

Clearance required: Eligible for Secret clearance (eligibility criteria: minimum 10+ years residing in Canada)

Experienced Quality Manager with over 10 years in quality assurance and testing leadership across digital transformation and complex system implementation projects. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end testing lifecycles, planning with different functional teams, and ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to modern platforms with zero business disruption. Demonstrated experience with mission‑critical, high‑availability or regulated environments.

The Quality Manager will lead the test strategy and execution for a large‑scale, mission‑critical banking system replacement at the client. This system will fully replace a legacy high‑availability platform, and must meet rigorous standards for accuracy, availability, performance, and resiliency.
