About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Test Transfer Project Manager to lead and manage semiconductor test transfer projects across global manufacturing sites. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer, qualification, and ramp-up of test solutions while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
You will act as the key interface between R&D, Product Engineering, Test Development, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth industrialization and mass production readiness.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end test transfer projects from planning through qualification and production release.
Drive project execution to achieve targets related to timeline, quality, yield, cost, and capacity.
