Job Purpose
Develop, execute, and validate performance and reliability tests for products and components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute validation and reliability tests.
- Analyze results and generate technical reports.
- Validate compliance with automotive specifications and standards.
- Follow up on failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate internal and external testing activities with laboratories or customers.
- Participate in product launches and engineering changes.
- Develop testing documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for product improvement.
