Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities for data center projects.
Define and implement commissioning strategies and best practices.
Build, guide, and supervise Cx teams and vendors.
Oversee end‑to‑end Electrical & Mechanical system commissioning.
Ensure all systems meet design intent, safety norms, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with design, execution, OEMs, consultants, and clients.
Manage commissioning of HV/LV, UPS, DG, protection, and earthing systems.
