Testing Engineering Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven Test Engineering Manager to lead and manage the Test Engineering function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day test engineering operations, supporting manufacturing projects and warranty services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, enhance testing capabilities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
