Testing Technician

Mission of the position

CAF Group has signed an agreement with both the NS and Qbuzz to deliver two types of Rollingstock. Before the products can be delivered for public usage, the Testing Technician would need to perform, under leadership of the Testing Engineer, multiple software, hardware and electronic test at the main factory in Beasain and other testing facilities in Europe before the Rollingstock arrives in the Netherlands.

For the NS this would be the 30x 4-car units and 30x 6-car double-decker units as well as technical support for maintenance, with NS carrying out the maintenance itself. Qbuzz, part of FS Group, who has chosen CAF to supply 10 commuter trains, as well as a corresponding spare parts package, which are scheduled for delivery from 2028.
