Job Overview
We are looking for hard‑working, enthusiastic and friendly individuals, either Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), to join our dynamic, fast‑paced Acute Theatre Suite. The role covers a wide range of surgical specialties, including Maxillo‑Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Urology and Paediatrics, managing both elective and emergency procedures across all these specialities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procedures across all listed specialties, including the use of Robotic Assisted Surgical Technology pathways.
- Work shift, weekend and rotational night duties as required, with flexibility to cover all sites within Fife.
- Participate in a robust induction program supported by a full‑time Clinical Educator and part‑time Education Coordinator.
