Therapy Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to therapy services across both sites
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, compliant services that meet regulatory standards and KPI targets (including referrals, customer service, and time to first appointment)
• Lead clinical governance, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team, fostering strong collaboration across clinical services
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource planning, proactively addressing risks and opportunities
• Drive business development and service growth, maintaining strong occupancy/caseload levels
• Maintain a small clinical caseload and support therapy delivery where required
• Build external partnerships (e.g. universities) to support recruitment and service profile
