Job Description
A client/employer of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our client's team in Memphis, TN. This role is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving technical issues across multiple platforms, ensuring timely escalation and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with ticketing systems, badge provisioning, and access control tools.
