Tiffany & Co. Client Development Manager, ION Flagship

As the Client Development Manager for the Flagship, your missions are two-fold:

• Craft the client development strategy.
• Serve as the client experience bridge between the store levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Client Development, Retail Programs, and High Jewelry in ION.
• In-charge of the in-store Clienteling Tools and Data.
• Client Experience, Events, and Activations.
• Develop and evolve the client contact strategy with personalized outreach appointments and client planning within the Flagship experience.
• Partner with external partners and retail teams to ensure consistent luxury service standards.
• Grow client loyalty and sales by creating integrated experiences.
