Title Review Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Title Review Specialist to perform detailed title analysis and review throughout the title lifecycle, including initial title review and title updates through sale . This role is responsible for identifying title defects, liens, risks, and required actions, while documenting findings with clear written analysis and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The ideal candidate has strong title examination skills, foreclosure title experience, and the ability to independently assess risk while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
