Job Title: Tool and Die Supervisor The Tool and Die Supervisor oversees tooling fabrication and maintenance activities, including jigs, fixtures, and precision tooling, to support demanding production requirements in a high‑precision environment. This role plans and prioritizes work, ensures tooling readiness and compliance with aerospace quality standards, and provides technical support to resolve complex tooling and dimensional issues. The supervisor leads a skilled trades team in a unionized environment, drives continuous improvement, and ensures a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize daily and long‑term tooling workload in alignment with production schedules and critical path requirements.

Supervise tooling fabrication and maintenance activities for jigs, fixtures, and precision tooling to support manufacturing operations.
