A great opportunity for the right candidate in the Windsor area. Our client is looking for a Tool and Die Designer.
Key Responsibilities include:
·Die Design using Solidworks
·Develop Bill of Materials
·Interact with leaders/managers on the shop floor
·Troubleshoot design/material issues
·Surfacing using Rhino
·Develops forming simulations using Dynaform and Autoform or similar program
·Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
·5 or more years of experience in Tool and Die Design
·Knowledge of Solidworks or other design software
·Excellent organizational and problem- solving skills
·Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
·Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently
·Excellent time management skills
·Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision- making abilities
