Position Summary
Responsible for leading the Tool Room operations, including mold maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and new mold construction to support production, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Americas sites.
This role ensures tooling reliability, equipment availability, cost control, and technical excellence across manufacturing operations.
