Designation: Tooling- Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Education: BE/B. Tech/M. Tech- Mechanical/Aerospace
Major Deliverables:
1) Tool Design release as per Program schedules
2) Coordinate Design reviews among CFT
3) Resolving queries while Tool manufacturing
4) Participant in trials and First Article Inspection
5) Adherence to timelines of tool Design & development
6) Adherence to first time right for Design documentation
7) Adherence to first time right for tool trial
8) Compliances for customer standards and Procedures
9) Check Tool design as per Product, process, Customer & Design standard requirements.
Essential Attributes:
1) CATIA/Solid works Software proficiency
2) Machine shop fixture Tool design for 3 Axis and 5 Axis machines
3) Sheet metal Forming knowledge
4) Microsoft Office - Power Point, Word, excel
5) Team Work, Communication, Problem Solving.
