Do you enjoy building, assembling, and improving equipment? Are you known for your practical skills and ability to find solutions? We are looking for a tooling prototyper to support new product development and the improvement of our manufacturing processes.
Working with the manufacturing engineering, production, and quality teams, you will contribute to the design, fabrication, and optimization of jigs and tooling used in our operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assemble, fabricate, and modify jigs and tooling for production
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to existing tooling
- Operate various machine tools such as drills, saws, and welders
- Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing tooling to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
- Review drawings and 3D models and track specific technical information using computer tools
